With the love in coffee taste, I started a small coffee shop in the year 2013 under the name of "Cafe De Grand and Cakes" to serve very tasty and nice quality of both hot and cold coffee with reasonable prices. Up to now, coffee is still our highlight of our shop. I have got very good feedbacks continuously.

For cakes and bakeries, I had no experiences in this part since the beginning. So I decided to find outsource cake and bakery maker to supply me. Unfortunately, quality and shipment is uncontrollable. This is the changing point to activate me to do it by myself.

With the concept of loving in the best quality and varieties,, I started learning by myself in year 2015.
